About the Project
Creating a recipe book with partners.
AIMS
to know the traditional foods of other countries
to communicate with students in other countries by using English
to learn the use of new technologies and English language.
to develop language skills, communicative skills, interpersonal skills,
to combine the use of language with contents of the curriculum
WORK PROCESS
December: We will prepare our posters, boards and logos. Also we will introduce our schools and places. A logo will be chosen for the project.
January : learn the words about cooking such as utensils, verbs,etc. Try to visualize them . snapwords can be done or a small dictionary.
February: Students will choose their dishes and give recipes. ( videos, presentations,etc.. )
MArch: students learn about other cultures dishes and cook one of them at their home. ( They can take a video, or they can take photos of steps and share it on twinspace.
April: Ss will prepare a small quiz about the dish they prepare and ask them to the other students .
MAy: create a recipe book about the dishes.( If there are lots of dishes , we can vote which ones to put in the recipe book.)
June: Evaluation of the project.
