I.N.S.P.I.R.E.

MUSTAFA ADIYAMAN ORTAOKULU'NDA E-TWİNNİNG PROJESİ

Okulumuzda I.N.S.P.I.R.E. e-twinning projesi başladı. Okulumuz 7.sınıf ve 8.sınıf öğrencileri İngilizce öğretmenimiz Ebru GÜLER DEMİR koordinatörlüğünde I.N.S.P.I.R.E. adlı e-twinning projesi faaliyetlerine başladılar. Tunus, İtalya, Polonya, Portekiz, Arnavutluk, İspanya, Azerbaycan gibi 11 farklı ülkeden 22 okulun ortaklığı ile yürütülen bu projede öğrencilerimiz Sürdürülebilir Kalkınma Hedeflerini öğrenmek ve yaygınlaştırmak üzerine bireysel ve işbirlikçi interaktif çalışmalar yapacak, teknoloji ve yabancı dil becerilerini geliştirecek, işbirlikçi ve proje tabanlı öğrenmenin zevkine varacaklar.

I.N.S.P.I.R.E.

With this project, our aim is to integrate the sustainable development goals to our education curriculum and raise awareness and consciousness about this vital issue. We hope our students will learn the sustainable lifestyle habits which are necessary for their future. They will learn how to obtain, evaluate, store, produce, present and exchange information, learn the necessary vocabulary about sustainability and some basic web 2.0 tools, communicate and make presentations in a foreign language, gain social and civic competences and participate in collaborative networks over the Internet. The activities of the project will help them to improve their problem- solving, collaboration, cerativity, communication, analytic thinking, ethics, action and accountability skills. This project will also help our students to improve their multilingual, personal, social and learning to learn, citizenship, entrepreneurship, cultural awareness and expression, digital,literacy competences.

- the ramifications of their implementation.

 Skills

- continue learning after they leave school,

- to find a sustainable, livelihood, and

- to live sustainable lives.

Examples:

The ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing;

The ability to think about systems (both natural and social sciences);

The ability to think in terms of time - to forecast, to think ahead, and to plan;

The ability to think critically;

The ability to use multiple perspectives to understand another person's viewpoint;

The ability to analyse values underlying differing positions;

The capacity to move from awareness to knowledge to action;

The ability to work cooperatively with other people;

The capacity to develop an aesthetic response to the environment and the arts.

 Throughout and at the end of the project, we aim to produce different collaborative and common products to share with our stakeholders to achieve and disseminate our project and goals. As the theme of the project is across the board, we are planning to share each of its studies with the education world. All of the studies will be shared on project social media groups, blog and Twinspace. We set out to make our schools more beautiful, sustainable and inclusive and our students and stakeholders more conscious, determined and aware of sustainable lifesytle habits.
